Come swim, sit and relax in our swimming pool with jacuzzi to beat the warm, sunny weather in my place. After your activities, enjoy the cold rooms in the house while preparing your meals whether in the first floor’s full kitchen or in the second floor’s kitchenette. The house is very neat and tidy with the amazing 2 full bathrooms with tubs and hot/cold water. The house is surrounded with patios ( first floor ) and balconies which will be the extension of places where you can relax. The swimming pool is so lovely at night time as it is installed with changing lights where couple can have a romantic moment. There is also a shallow part where kids will enjoy. We advise that you need to watch your children at all times for their safety as we don't have lifeguard. Although it is said that the house accommodates 10pax, it can actually accommodate up to 15 or more but with additional fee for each additional person. Message me if this will be the case. The guests have access to the cottage, grill area and to the rooftop of the penthouse upon request where you can continue the romance between you and your partner by stargazing and watching the moonlight ( not during rainy season ). While the rooftop is not covered yet, you can set up a tent if you wish to listen to the beach waves at night time. I can only interact with the guests once I take a vacation as I do live in San Francisco, CA. I have my co-hosts ( my daughter and her husband ) to meet you and help out with anything you would need. My place is just 5 min walk to the beach and on a quiet night you can hear the sound of the waves which is calming and relaxing to your mind. The famous San Juan surfing area is just 10 - 15 min drive away from my place. Getting to my place is just a mile away from the highway which buses , Jeepneys and tricycles are there for public commute. We have a wide driveways where you can park your cars and it’s inside my gated property. This listing is for private use which means all the amenities are yours ( the registered guests ) and no one including my co-host’ family will interfere to your enjoyment.
