6 mins walk to Republic Square! A nice and clean place to stay alone or with family of four, situated in one of Yerevan's best old stone buildings: the White House. A fully renovated, non-smoking apartment with kitchen commodities (fridge, washing machine, stove, sink, kettle), 2 TV sets, 2 air conditioners, cozy bedroom. Apartment gets heated. Hot and cold water always available, high ceiling and a balcony that looks right into Yerevan's central street. 3rd floor (have to climb 2 landings). The space 6 mins walk to Republic Square. 5 mins walk to Opera and Kaskad. Right in the center of Yerevan. All the museums, cafes and restaurants are a few minutes walk. Quiet neighborhood. There are two single beds (that can be moved close if necessary) and one sofa bed where one adult (maybe even two adults) or two children can sleep.
