We are close to the center of Porto-Vecchio (6 km) and its heavenly beaches while enjoying the calmness of the countryside. The house is located on 3000 m2 of enclosed land. You can enjoy a large wooded garden, with Ping-Pong, Badminton... The space Located upstairs with a 15 m2 terrace closed by a door, no danger for children, access to the garden. Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, gas + electric stove, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle... Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with 2 single beds (can be joined). Bathroom with bathtub and glass shower, hairdryer. Separate toilet. Washing machine, vacuum cleaner, cleaning products, iron and ironing board. Terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and individual barbecue. In addition you have access to the common areas of the garden with hammocks, Ping-Pong, Badminton, petanque balls.
