Fully furnished with Wifi. Transportation is very accessible. A trendy and upbeat neighborhood, everything is within walking distance from train/bus station, cafes, bars and restaurants. This apartment is furnished with the essentials that will make your stay feel more like home. Complete with a queen-sized bed, 1 double bed, full bath, WIFI internet, and a full kitchen. The sleeper sofa in the living room can sleep up to 2 kids. In the kitchen, you have a coffee maker with a selection of coffees and teas, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, electric cooking range and toaster oven. The second room has a double bed, a table and chair to do work. If needed, can set up an air mattress as well. As you step outside your private apartment in East Falls, Philadelphia, you're greeted by a neighborhood that seamlessly blends urban vibrancy with the tranquility of nature. Guest access You will receive your own key to the apartment and will be able to come and go as you need to – there are no curfews, only complete flexibility! You will have access to the entire apartment including the deck. All we ask is to keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm. Unfortunately, parties or social gatherings that might create a disturbance to other residents are not allowed as we want to maintain a considerate and quiet residential living environment. The basement is off limits unless coordinated with us ahead of time. Other things to note There is on-street parking available for 2 hours from 9am-9pm. Weekends, there is no limit on one side of the street. Details in the manual I provide upon arrival. No limit parking also available just about 5 minutes walk, about 2 - 3 blocks always. We will always prepare the apartment for 2 guests staying sharing the queen bed. If you need to be in separate beds, please book for 3. Should you be traveling with more guests, please let me know so we can prepare accordingly. It can sleep 4-6 people comfortably depending on your tolerance. No parties, please.
