The space This lovely apartment of 112 m² built (105 m² useful) has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so it make a perfect large group or family vacation. The living room includes a sofa bed for two guests and WiFi (Fiber) is included. There is a dining area with table fit up to 6 guests.The best advantage is the beautiful large terrace space of 24m2 with views of the Mediterranean. Also being in the front line of the beach cove makes this apartment a very attractive place to spend your holidays. Shops, supermarket, bars and restaurants are located below the apartment. The beach cove is 2/3 minutes walking.Furthermore there's rooftop swimming pool and large terrace for guest enjoyment. Guest access I will send instructions for self Check-in the day before your arrival. Guests gave full access to rooftop terrace (4th floor) and swimming pool (open 2nd May to 15th October). Private cover parking with remote entrance is also available for free in the same building. Other things to note We have high chair and baby cot available(to be asked before your arrival) . The swimming pool is OPEN from May 2nd and closes on October 15th (10am to 9pm).For late check-in(after 10pm), kindly ask if it is possible or not before reservation.If it is possible, a fee of 20eur will be applied and due upon arrival to the person responsible of check-in.
