"Riverview" two bedroom cottage with parking

Our comfortable two bedroom cottage is situated on the Tweed River with views over the cane fields to Mt Warning. It is located on the river side at the end of a quiet cul de sac in the town of Murwillumbah and set in a picturesque valley just a short drive from the Tweed and Gold Coasts. The space We are a 15 mins. walk or a few mins. drive to the shopping centre, cafes, pubs and clubs of Murwillumbah and the Tweed Regional Art Gallery with the Margaret Olley Centre and cafe. Husk Distillery and the village of Tumbulgum are a 10 mins. drive. There are many attractions in and surrounding the town including the heritage listed national parks of Mount Warning and the Border Ranges. We are a 45 mins. drive from Byron Bay, 30 mins. from the Gold Coast and 20 mins. from the Tweed Coast beaches. We are approximately 1.1/2 - 2 hours south of Brisbane, the Gold Coast airport is a 25 mins. drive and Ballina airport approx. 50 mins. drive. "Tweed River House" restaurant is a few mins. walk from the cottage. Our cottage has two bedrooms both with queen size beds and ceiling fans and can comfortably sleep four people. There is one bathroom. The property is not suitable for children and infants under the age of 16 years. Guest access The cottage is fully self contained with two bedrooms each with a Queen size bed including bedlinen, a bathroom including towels, a separate living room with LED TV, dining room and kitchen which is equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, crockery, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans. There is an exterior laundry with a washing machine. A variety of tea, coffee, milk & sugar are supplied along with a breakfast starter of juice, yoghurt and cereal. Also there are salt, pepper and olive oil. There is a deck which overlooks a pool and views to the Tweed River, cane fields and Mount Warning. Guests will have access to the internet, swimming pool and an outdoor toilet. The pool is only for the use of guests staying at the cottage and whilst we supply bath towels, we do not supply pool/beach towels. The cottage is adjoined by an enclosed walkway/room to a modern extension where my husband and I live and this area will not be shared with guests.
