Apartment in a Chalet

In the beautiful chalet apartment on the first floor with independent entrance, served by shuttles for ski slopes, (20m) or for summer excursions. Perfect for groups of 8/10 adults, and up to 12 if there are children sleeping with their parents, or a couple sleeping in the double sofa bed in the living room. You can eat on the super panoramic and comfortable summer terrace. The garden below is a private part of our family's accommodation on the ground floor. The space The house offers a spectacular panoramic view of the Sasso Lungo an Sasso Piatto massif and Sella Group of the Dolomites. The ideal location for those who love trekking, hiking and summer walks in the mountains and - most importantly! -a Paradise for those who love skiing. Spacious, bright and comfortable. It comprises all together of three bedrooms and a spacious open space living room with a large dining table and a nice terrace, a fully equipped kitchen where a large group can eat meals comfortably. The bed rooms are organized as follows: the major king size double bed and an double bunk bed ( n. 1 in the photo gallery); one with a double king size bed ( dividable in two twin beds) and an extra large double bunk bed (n.2 in the photo gallery), one double twin bedroom ( n.3 in the photo gallery), three bathrooms (two with shower, and one with bathtub and shower). The house can accomodate up to 12 people ( considering the king size sofa bed ), but for full confort it's ideal for 8/10 people if they’re all adults, and up to 12 if there are children or teenagers who can sleep together in the four bedded room ( n.2), with their parents and adult couples who are available to sleep in the king size sofa bed in the living room. Guest access The apartment is fully equipped. You will find all the appliances: refrigerator, dishwasher, electric oven, boiler, toaster, wifi, TV with satellite channels, etc. Washing machine and detergents for use are included. The bathrooms are complete with hairdryer and upon arrival you will find sheets, blankets, towels. All personal hygiene products (shampoo, shower gel/conditioner, soap) will be available in the bathrooms. Guests have access to a space in the garage to store and keep skis and boots (locked). For ski boots there is the "boot warmer" appliance. Finally, for those who use electric cars that need to be recharged, we can provide the electric charging station. For cars, there is ample parking space both close to the house and in the square in front of it, and for those who do not intend to use the car either for summer walks or for skiing in winter, a few meters from the house there is the shuttle stop (small bus) that passes every 10/15 minutes and in the morning takes tourists to the main points of the ski lifts and in the afternoon (very frequently) brings them back to their places of residence. The stop can be seen in the photo gallery framed by the window of bedroom no. 1. Finally, dogs are allowed as long as they are kept under control and with respect: no climbing or sleeping on beds, armchairs, sofas, no long stays in the house alone, frequent hygienic walks with collection of waste to be carried out around the house and not in the private garden in front of the apartment on the ground floor, always on a leash. A separate weekly price will be charged for the dog to cover the more intense cleaning work to prevent hair allergies for groups after the one with the dog. Other things to note The town center is ideal for pleasant walks and shopping. In Santa Cristina wood carving has a very important role, you will find many souvenir shops that offer woodwork products, typical expression of the wood carving art of many local artists. These products will remind you of your vacation and of the creativity of the people of this land. For lovers of culture we suggest a visit to the Castel Gardena, and the parish church of St. Christina (12th century) and we remind you that the beautiful walk along the route of the legendary Val Gardena train that runs through the town, is an ideal location for walks, bike rides and jogging, made even more interesting by the panels illustrating the history of the railroad.
