Access to the apartment is by walk up stair only (no lift / elevator). Linen and towels will only be replenished for stay of over 7 nights. Guest access The apartments are accessed by using key codes. Within a few days of arrival, the codes will be emailed to you. Please do not attend without the code. Other things to note PLEASE BE ADVISED there is no one to greet you on arrival. You must ensure you have the door codes or you will not be able to access the apartment. It is essential that you have this information to hand. - Price includes all bed linen, towels and Wifi. - We provide one bath towel and one hand towel per person. - Bed linen and towels are not refreshed for bookings of less than 7 nights. - Duvets and bed sheets are provided per bed and not per person as is customary in the UK. We have a strict no smoking, no parties and no pets policy. As we operate a self check-in service, please do not attend without the codes as you will not be able to get in. Cleaning throughout your stay: i. a full clean and towel change when guests stay (7 nights) ii. a full clean and towel and bed linen change (more than 7 nights) iii. less than 7 nights no linen or towel change.
