Hi guys I'm Sean I'm the owner if this 3 bedroom terrace house located 15min away from sydney cbd. We are 2 guys 28 & 30 and one lady 25 occupying the residence at the moment and looking at leasing one of our spacious rooms. The space We have a 3 bedroom house located 15min from the CBD. Your room has a queen size bed, built in wardrobes with plenty of space to hang your cloths. We have 2 bathrooms the main one being upstairs which we all share and also another one located downstairs. We have a nice and cosy backyard where you will be able to access our BBQ, bikes and surfboards. You are welcome to use the kitchen and any other necessities.
