Stay in this real sculptor's studio turned into a beautiful living space. Designed by artist Tarpan Patel. It is centrally located, close to places of interest, popular restaurants, bars, art and cultural centers. Things to note: It is a concept place so, some may find it overcrowded with tools and sculptures. The flat is on the 3rd floor with no lift access. Parking is off site on main road. Can be 1 or 2min walk. No visitors allowed due to Covid. The space Furnished with one double bed, closet. No kitchen but - an electric kettle with tea and coffee sachets with sugar - mini fridge - cutlery - Enjoy meals delivered at home on call from most popular restaurants ( which are also nearby ). The power cuts are very rare here so there are no power backups installed. Beautiful private terrace with lots of plants and a cute bathroom with hot shower. My family lives in the building. For extra guests we put additional mattresses on the on the floor. Please let us know when you are checking-out as timings for check-out is 11:00AM. You are most welcome to visit the private gallery, just below your apartment, with a cup of tea, why not?).
