To that effect, we provide: - Generator, AC, Wi-Fi - Wardrobe, hangers, torch - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Bonfire - Secured parking space for up to 8 cars This is a pet-friendly property. The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 17 cosy bedrooms spread across several units - all on the ground floor.  - There are 9 bedrooms in the main villa, 2 bedrooms in the condo and 6 independent bedroom cottages.  - All bedrooms offer amenities such as Wi-Fi access, AC, attached bathrooms and attached patios overlooking the garden. - The cottages and the rooms in the condo have separate workstations, luggage racks and electric kettles and 10 rooms offer a TV.  - 11 bedrooms have a king-sized bed and 2 bedrooms offer twin beds.  BATHROOMS - There are 17 attached bathrooms and 2 common powder rooms.  - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. - 8 bathrooms offer open-to-sky shower areas as well.  COMMON AREAS - There are 2 living rooms - 1 in the main villa and 1 in the condo. - There is an expansive living room on the ground floor of the main villa that offers several seating arrangements and is equipped with Wi-Fi access. - There is a spacious living room on the ground floor of the condo. It offers sofa-style seating for up to 6 people. It is equipped with Wi-Fi, AC, a portable music system and a TV. - There are 2 dining areas - 1 in the main villa and 1 in the cottage, that can seat up to 8 and 12 people respectively. - There is a common library with a selection of books to choose from. Guests can pick out a favourite and read peacefully. - The villa has a private swimming pool, 26ftx23ft in size, with a depth of 4ft. - Guests can access the pool from 7 AM to 10 PM. - There are several lawns spread throughout the home, featuring several sit-out spots, including a swing, benches and other seating areas. - The exteriors of the property feature a huge amphitheatre. - Guests can enjoy an al fresco dining experience in the outdoor dining area, overlooking the lawn. - It is up to 300 meters away from the main villa and can seat up to 6 people. - There is a bridge just above a gentle stream.  KITCHEN - There are 3 kitchens, guests do not have access to it.  FOOD - All meals can be provided at an additional cost. - Ordering-in of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Guest access There is a villa, a 2 bedroom condo and 6 individual cottages on the premises of the property. Guests have access to all of them, except the kitchens. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for 2 female staff members at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per person, per day, exclusive of meal charges. The staff will be accommodated in the staff quarters.  ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can enjoy a refreshing splash in the pool or play indoor games like carrom and monopoly. Take a peaceful walk in the sprawling, landscaped lawn, swing to your heart's content and relive your childhood memories, and capture the picture-perfect hues of the sky. Soak in the magical landscape, the gentle humming of the stream and the sweet song of the birds while on the bridge. Spend the evenings revelling and enjoy the al fresco dining experience, accompanied by your favourite cocktails and misty breeze. ADD-ON SERVICES - The exteriors of the property feature a huge amphitheatre. - Guests enjoy the alfresco dining experience. - Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per session.  - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. - The floodlights can be used at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per hour. Please note that the floodlights will be operational only till 10 PM. - Guests can use the auditorium at an additional cost of Rs. 2200 per hour. Guests have access to the auditorium till 10 PM. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - Please note that the al fresco dining area is up to 300 meters away from the main villa. - Only trained pets are allowed. There is 1 dog kennel at the property.  - There is a friendly dog residing at the property.  - The stay is a part of a gated society. - In case of a power outage, the generator can support all lights, fans and ACs for up to 9 hours.  - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as Airtel and Jio work fairly well here.
