There are two full baths with a bathtub in one and full shower in the second. Kitchen is bright, artistic and large with modern appliances. A lovely formal dining room is adjacent for enjoying meals and lingering in conversation. A formal living room offers yet another seating area for many places to gather...both of these rooms have large windows that provide charming views of the surrounding neighborhood. Home is furnished with antiques, eclectic artwork and ample, comfortable seating and floor space for family time. Our home is located in the Old Shandon Historic District, a national historic district located in Columbia, South Carolina of homes built between the 1890s and 1950s, and the district includes examples of Queen Anne, Colonial Revival, Neoclassical Revival, and Craftsman/Bungalow style architecture. We are a short stroll to the Devine Street Corridor which hosts a unique blend of boutiques, eclectic dining establishments and traditional businesses. Here you can enjoy fashion, food and community – all in one charming destination. Wonderful area for walking. Car recommended for travel to other areas of town.
