We are centrally located to the North Unit and South Unit of the Theodore Roosevelt National Park. 50 miles from Medora and 25 miles south of Watford city. Surrounded by thousands of acres of national grasslands. The Maah Daah Hey trail is only 5 miles from the cabin. Our cabin is near our property so we are close to call if you need anything. The cabin is a one room space with 2 bunks (4 full size beds) a kitchen and bathroom. It sits in the middle of the badlands and is a great place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. We are close to property and available if there is any problems. Grassy Butte has a small gas station, bar, post office and children’s park. It is a small town with basic amenities. The smaller cabin on property is lived in year round by my son. He is gone during the week but stays during the weekends. You may run into him and sometimes our ranch dog Sis (she is very sweet).
