Which consists of 1 master bedroom attached to a bathroom and 2 other bedrooms with another bathroom accessible to those rooms. Large living room and dining room. Backyard with a deck. There is also an entertainment room on the ground floor that has a futon. Right across the street from the state park. Perfect for bicyclists, golfers and a break from city life. Lots of nature and the trail leads to Jones Beach. Comfortable safe neighborhood and 10 min walk from local plaza. Bagel shops, local taverns, supermarket, bakeries and convenient stores. Guest access You have access to the whole house and the driveway. Please note that there are 2 apartments attached to the house. One is on the side held by tenant who has his own side entrance. The other is held by myself or one of the owners from time to time when we need to be in the area. This apartment is located to the back right of the house. Entrance and exit through the back and side gate. The space guests stay in is not shared and is separate from the 2 apartments. There is no sharing of any sort. Other things to note No smoking. Can smoke in the backyard but please use ashtray.
