Our home is comfortable, sunny and private in a centrally located area of South Lake Tahoe. Private room with queen size bed and private full bath next door. Easy access to casinos, skiing, hiking and bike trail. One of Tahoe's most private neighborhoods! Price includes local TOT tax: license #328740. No resort fee. 2 night minimum on all holidays and weekends. Single bookings on weekdays are allowed. The space The room includes a queen size bed and sitting area, TV with cable and ROKU. The private bath is directly next door, with personal his and her bathrobes. Our home is sunny, warm and centrally located to all Tahoe activities, the casinos and nightlife or the South Shore beaches, and directly situated on the walking / bike trail. It's a quiet neighborhood "off the beaten path", however, restaurants, grocery stores, Heavenly Valley ski area and beaches are minutes away. Guest access Kitchen is available, as well as the back yard deck in garden for dining. The private bedroom and bathroom upstairs removed from host living quarters, although the living room is available to all guests. During your stay Hosts have lived in South Lake Tahoe for 45 years and can provide local information to all activities for a quality stay. You are welcome to as much contact with hosts as you'd like. We are available if needed by text if we are out enjoying Tahoe! Other things to note Our home is not as child friendly as some. We do have glass decor and this should be taken into consideration when travelling with children. NO children under age 16. We have a weekend minimum of 2 nights between January 1st and March 31st as well as Memorial thru Labor Days, as well as all holidays. We offer weekly ski packages with a 7 night minimum stay of 10% discount for the week.
