The space Welcome to our light-filled and newly renovated family home nestled in a tranquil cul-de-sac in the heart of the Lower North Shore! This spacious and pet-friendly retreat offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and family-friendly features, ensuring a memorable stay for all. You will be greeted by a lovely front garden and step up a modern wooden porch to the front door. Step inside and be greeted by a stylishly furnished living space, designed for relaxation and quality time together. The open-plan layout seamlessly connects the casual living, large dining area and fully equipped kitchen, creating a welcoming atmosphere for gatherings and shared meals. A separate lounge ensures there is space for all. Note there is a fireplace in the lounge room which is not for use by guests unfortunately. With three well-appointed bedrooms upstairs, there's ample space for everyone to unwind and rest. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable king-sized bed and a private en-suite bathroom. The remaining bedrooms are equally inviting, with cozy beds and tasteful decor. A shared bathroom upstairs and a convenient powder room downstairs near the living area. One of the highlights of our home is the secure backyard, perfect for both summer and winter enjoyment. Fire up the BBQ grill and savor a delicious outdoor feast while the kids explore the play equipment and cubby house, keeping them entertained for hours (and climbing cube in font yard). During colder months, cozy up by the fireplace in the living room, creating lasting memories with your loved ones. Centrally located, you'll find yourself within easy reach of a plethora of attractions and amenities. Explore the vibrant city of Sydney or take a short drive to the picturesque beaches of the North Shore. Additionally, the nearby shops, restaurants, and cafes cater to all your needs, ensuring convenience at your doorstep. We understand that your furry friends are part of the family, so we happily welcome them to join you on your stay by prior arrangement, and please keep them off all sofas, furniture and beds as dog hair is incredibly hard to clean (we know!). Our secure backyard provides a safe and comfortable space for them to roam and play. Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a laundry room with a washer and outdoor hanging line, and ample on-street parking and driveway for a single car (note its a narrow driveway so will only suit smaller cars). Please note our place is available to book for most weekends (Fri Sat Sun nights - 3 night minimum) as well as seasonal bookings and long weekends (as per the calendar). If you require additional guests please message me to discuss options to reconfigure rooms with a sofa bed etc No parties please as this is a residential area and no noise after 930pm please. Guest access The whole house is for your exclusive use. Please note that we have a granny flat at the rear of the property (not part of the listing) which may be occupied during your stay (currently tenanted).
