The space The property is located close to the famous Lourdes Grotto and chapel. It has an area of 1,000 sqm. Accommodations include private garden rooms, condo-type lofts and the duplex. There's an upper and lower garden that also serve as the parking area and can fit around 10 cars. The duplex has a floor area of 300 sqm. It has 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom has it's own toilet and bath with hot and cold shower. There's a balcony with outdoor sitting area. It has a living room with fireplace, powder room and cable TV, a functional kitchen and dining area complete with electric stove and oven, water dispenser, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, pots and pans. Dinnerware is also provided. We want to support the environment by lessening our carbon footprint while providing great accommodations. The rooms feel cool without air-conditioning. Fans are provided to aerate the living quarters. To maintain perimeter security CCTVs are strategically placed in common areas. Pet dogs are also present in the property. Please note that the property is located beside the road. This makes us easily accessible but at the same time noise can be heard from passing vehicles. Guest access The house is fully furnished. Other things to note PETS: We allow 1 small pet in the property per guest. Extra pet is charge per day. The property is on the secondary road so expect noise from cars passing by. We sell firewood and charcoal for your use. Just ask from caretaker. If you're going by bus, it's a good idea to buy your return ticket when you arrive at the terminal so you don't worry about getting it later and you can choose your seat.
