The top floor, which is the one you enter from, has a big open space for the living room and the kitchen, 1 guest bathroom and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. The bottom floor has 3 bedrooms (one of which is a children room with a bunk bed and an extra sliding bed with a mattress), a big bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, a hall and a separate walking closet. There are 2 outdoors patios perfect for BBQs and relaxing mornings or evenings during the summer. The bigger one (~60 sqm) is downstairs with lots of sun in the morning and the smaller one (~30 sqm) is upstairs (by the entrance), perfect from noon until the sun sets. Guest access All Other things to note There is a private, free parking space right outside the house (possibly for 2 cars), located at the end of a private road, so there is no reason to be concerned about parking availability at any point of the day.
