L'Évaille is a 3-star listed furnished tourist accommodation, nestled in the heart of the Marais Mouillé, allowing you to discover the canals by kayak, paddleboard or boat from our pontoon, all available for your use. Our garden is 9000 m². The village is located in an attractive region: cities of character, many paths and bike routes, not far from Niort, La Rochelle, Ile de Ré, Puy du Fou or Futuroscope. The space Single-level, 62 m2 cottage, renovated and adjoining the owners' house. Stone house with all the comforts necessary for a stay for 2 people and a child under two years old: leisure or remote work (fiber). One bedroom with 1 180 cm bed or 2 90 cm beds, motorized bed bases, large dressing room. Beds made on arrival and towels provided. Spacious bathroom with large walk-in shower, seat and grab bar. Living room with a 42-inch Android TV and a Bluetooth speaker. Fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction cooktop). Veranda with views of the marsh, relaxation area (sofa and armchairs), work area. Outside, several spaces are reserved for you: pergola, terrace, picnic table by the water. Guests can enjoy the deck chairs, bikes, two-seater kayak, boat, and paddleboard. We live there, but the 9,000 m² garden allows us to reserve spaces for you. However, we may cross paths in the garden when we are gardening or enjoying our terraces, which are far from yours, and we make every effort to respect your privacy. Guest access You can sail on the canals from our pontoon. The many paths and bike lanes allow you to move around safely on foot or by bike, to walk, go shopping, eat at the restaurant. We can provide you with copies of itineraries. Other things to note Some equipment can be made available to guests: possibility to store your bikes in the lockable chalet, dryer, telephone in case of emergency for numbers in France not surcharged, 1 freezer drawer, adapters, board games.
