Enjoy all the amazing views that Crested Butte has to offer from this beautiful mountain house! The deck boasts a hot tub, a seasonal Pit Boss grill and a dining space, all while enjoying the stunning mountain scenery. The home includes three bedrooms and three bathrooms (two recently renovated). The spacious main bedroom has a king size bed and private balcony. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom is an open loft area with a bunk bed and a trundle mattress - ideal for kids. The space There are 4 total beds in 3 bedroom areas. One of which is a loft area with a bunk bed - great for kids. The outdoor deck with hot tub is very large and perfect for enjoying views of Snodgrass and Crested Butte mountains. The kitchen and living space are open with large windows to also enjoy the view. The main bathroom was recently renovated and a third bathroom was added to the loft area! New carpet throughout the house as well as some new appliances in the kitchen complete the home and make it comfortable and inviting. Other things to note Please note that there are 4 total beds, inclusive of a bunk bed with a full mattress on the bottom and a twin on top. The TVs are Smart televisions and only have streaming capabilities. You can access all your favorites with your own subscriptions. We love dogs! Please contact us if you’d like your furry friend to stay too (dogs only no cats or other pets allowed). This is a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood appropriate for enjoying all that the mountains have to offer -- hiking, biking, fishing, climbing, rafting, hot tub deck with grill. This home is NOT appropriate for large gatherings or partying. Violations of HOA rules and or House Rules, including quiet hours, will result in immediate termination of stay with NO REFUNDS. Quiet hours are from 9PM to 7AM!
