A fully self contained 2 bedroom home featuring master bedroom with queen bed and walk-in robe, second bedroom with two singles, fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining and living area, modern bathroom, and even a loo with a view! All located on a beautiful 5 and a half acre block surrounded by larger rural properties. Watch the sun set from the north facing outdoor area and spot one of the resident wallabies foraging in the garden. There are also a large variety of birds that visit and call it home., together with Green Tree Frogs 🐸 * Please note- meat cannot be cooked in the cottage, however, there is a gas camping stove available to cook meat outside. Guest access You have full use of the house and garden. Other things to note The house is on tank water, so it would be greatly appreciated if you could use water responsibly. There is a dam about 100m from the house so vigilance is required with young children. Bees are common when trees and plants are in flower. While it isn’t common to see one, snakes are active in the warmer months. The cottage is connected to a septic tank so please do not put bleach, antiseptic, nappies, condoms or tampons/ sanitary pads down the toilets or drains.
