After 130 years house gets its new look. During renovation, we took special care to preserve authenticity of stone and wood that adorns this charming house. Wooden windows and green blinds remind us of coastal style of building in this area.The interior of the house is completely adapted to the modern way of life. Provides comfort and everything that is needed for a good and relaxing vacation. Its blue tones that dominate the interior reflect the surroundings in which the house is located. The space In the part of Boka Kotorska Bay, between Topljan and Tivat bay, you can find Kumbor canal that connects them, and the village Kumbor that is only 6km far from Old town Herceg Novi. The name of the city originates from the Italian word conborgo - suburb, because the settlement used to be in the immediate vicinity of the old town Stoli. That term served us to name this over 130 years old house, which once used to be the first school in Kumbor. In this house, school was established during Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes in 1921, and its host was Mr. Niko Matov Dabižinović. School worked until World War II. During that time 64 students attended school where they learned basic literacy and also, craftsmanship. On the second floor of the house there is a studio apartment of only 39 square meters. It consists of an entrance hall, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, small kitchen appliances (toaster, water kettle, microwave), dining room, living room with convertible sofa (140x200cm), LCD TV with satellite channels, cozy double bed (160x200cm), a bathroom with a washing machine and a shower adorned in genuine stone for a special atmosphere. Apartment also offers beautiful view over the sea, the mountains and the backyard of the house. Equipped with free WIFI, hairdryer, ironing facilities, toiletries, clean towels and linens, this apartment also has its own private terrace facing the backyard of the house.
