My place is good for couple, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). There are various facilities within the community, such as basketball courts, Palo Verde resort swimming pool (walking distance) with karaoke and minutes away from Aqua Planet, Dinasours Island and Airforce City Park The space The house consists of 3 bedrooms for families and friends. On the 2nd floor there are 1 master's room with double bed, aircon and private bathroom. Room 2 has a bunk bed with aircon and a spare mattress. Room 3 has bunk bed with aircon . The ground floor of the house is fully operational with equipped kitchen, common bathroom, dinning and living room. I have a gate for outside space and safe street parking for a vehicle is available. There are many shops and stores around the area for your convenience. Guest access The kitchen, living room and a common bathroom are located on the ground floor. On the top floor, there is a master's bedroom for a couple with an ensuite bathroom. The second and third room has a bunk bed which can accommodate 4 persons , 2 extra mattresses are also available. There is also an outside space where you can hang out and relax. Other things to note The property is located in Deca Homes which is a gated subdivision. There is a guard post at the entrance that will require you to submit an ID. Street parking is available and safe.
