Fresh air in the Navarrese Pre-Pyrenees

Single-family townhouse in a quiet area 200 meters from downtown Sangüesa/Zangoza. Facing a wooded area; the house can sleep 5 people, has a fireplace, garden and a 30-meter terrace. The space "Urtxintxa", which means squirrel in Basque, is what we call this house. We saw them jumping through the trees the first day we came and we didn't hesitate to name this place. It's a house that my partner and I have renovated with a lot of effort. Simple, without many luxuries, but it doesn't lack anything. Distributed in the living room, preserving the old fire under now with a modern wood insert, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor; the double room is on the mezzanine and the triple room on the first floor, thus achieving independence and privacy in all rooms. The rooms have comfortable mattresses, television and solid wood furniture, seeking in the decoration a balance and connection with the pre-Pyrenean and natural environment in which Sangüesa is located.
