This is a 37 sqm nicely furnished apartment with terrace and a lot of comfort. The fantastic view from the terrace goes to the sea and is just off the little-traveled ring road. The resort is only created, which is why the prices are kept discreet. That means pool, restaurant, kiosk and some houses are not yet built. The construction noise is kept within limits, as a lot is done here by hand, which does not cause any disturbing noise. The space In the basement there is a large, covered terrace that is also available to you. Other things to note Child protection, such as stair gates or socket guards, is not provided. The optimal occupancy is for 2 adults, as the bed, the kitchen, the bathroom and the terrace are designed for this. Occupancy with an additional adult or 1-2 children is also possible for a short time.
