Restaurants, grocery store, and bars also located within walking distance. The space Located in the historic Shandon neighborhood, our guesthouse sits above an old carriage garage. It's tucked away behind the main house, surrounded by trees, making it feel like a treehouse hideaway. Guest access You'll have the entire guesthouse to yourself(ves)! Since it's detached and located behind the main house, the back yard area is shared, but you still have the ability to maintain your privacy. Outside you can enjoy an evening fire at the fire pit or grill your favorite meal and eat under the string lights under a stunning pecan tree that provides shade to the back yard! Please note that the back yard is shared with the guests in the main house. Quiet hours start at 10:00pm. No parties permitted. Only guests staying in the unit are permitted to use the backyard amenities. Other things to note Access to the guesthouse is easy and located right off Rosewood Drive. Because it's so secluded you'd never know you're within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and grocery stores.
