The sitting room is spacious with a large sofa & arm chairs making it the perfect place to relax in after a busy day exploring the city. It retains some beautiful period features including original intricate cornicing & ceiling rose. There is also a fireplace with living flame gas fire. The Smart TV has all Freeview Channels & catch up TV in addition to Netflix, Amazon Prime & You Tube accessible with your own subscription. A DVD player with some DVDs have also been provided along with board games & books to keep you entertained You will also find some Edinburgh Guide books to help you plan your days. The fully fitted kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, integrated dishwasher & fridge /freezer, washer drier , iron, ironing board , kettle, toaster and a Nespresso machine, for use with your own pods. Cookware, crockery, cutlery & kitchen utensils are provided. The kitchen area has an extendable dining table, chairs and also a comfortable sofa so making it a really sociable space for all guests to gather. The apartment has 3 bedrooms. Bedrooms 1 & 2 are spacious with king size beds & plenty of storage. Bedroom 3 has a velux window, double size cabin bed with work station underneath , great if travelling on business. However it is not suitable for toddlers/small children or people with mobility issues due to the ladder access. All bedrooms are suppled with white bed linen & a bath & hand towel for each guest There is a hair drier in each bedroom. The bathroom is large & bright. It has a deep bath with shower over, perfect for a long soak in after a day of exploring! Constant hot water is available on demand. Body wash, shampoo, conditioner & hand wash are provided. If travelling with a young family, there is a travel cot (own bedding required), highchair, potty, toilet insert, toddler stool, changing & bath mat to save you having to bring your own. Plastic cutlery , bowls & plates are also provided. FREE on street parking is available overnight from 5:30pm to 8:30am and all weekend from 5:30pm Friday to 8:30am Monday in the Pay & Display car parking bays. At other times, on street paid parking is available in the Pay & Display spaces or a 10/15 minute walk away you will find FREE unrestricted on street parking at the bottom of Kilgraston Road and beyond.
