the apartment is perfectly located, right in front of the beach (no street to cross), it is very quiet and peacefull with all comodities around. You coud enjoy a beautifull outside space with a little garden and a nice terrasse, in front of the amaizing bay of la Baule. the size of the apartment is 78 M2, with 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. The space The apartment is perfectly located: you are "the feet in the water" (go directly from your terrasse to the sea), and the view and colours are very beautifull all year long. This place is also convenient with kids (you can watch them playing on the beach from the garden, it is very safe as there are no cars) and we have toys for them. Enjoy also the nice market or the restaurants of la Baule or Le Pouliguen next to the apartment.
