Guest access You’ll be staying in the 2nd floor unit From the front: Enter through the side gate, walk around to the back of the house, and go up the outdoor stairs to reach the 2nd floor. From the back: Simply head up the staircase to the 2nd floor entrance. Door Code: Will be sent before check-in Use the back door only for entry and exit. If you have any trouble accessing the unit, please contact us Other things to note Stairs Required: This is a 2nd-floor unit accessible only by outdoor stairs. Privacy: You’ll have the entire upstairs unit to yourself with a private entrance. Shared Property: The first floor is a separate residence please be respectful of other guest. Quiet Hours: 11 PM – 8 AM to maintain a peaceful environment. Security: Exterior cameras are located at the front, side, and back entrances for safety. No Smoking Inside: You may smoke on the back please dispose of butts properly. No Parties or Events: Enjoy yourselves, but no large gatherings are allowed. One Parking Spot is available in the back; additional street parking is in front. Towel Count: Towels are provided based on the number of guests listed in your reservation.
