Hey guys! , I'm renting out a room in my place a 2 story house of 4 rooms and two bathrooms and a half with a huge backyard and garden in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The house is located a block and a half from the L train (Graham stop) and a fifteen-minute walk to the JMZ subway lines (Lorimer stop) and surrounded by many bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and 24hr bodegas. The space My house is a dreamy spot located in the heart of Williamsburg , quiet , beautiful, with lots of light indoor and outdoor space , you will fall in love with it. Guest access The guest will have access to both bathrooms in the house , the kitchen , the washer and dryer machine , the garden/patio and internet. During your stay I’m thrilled on pleasing guest with tips about the hood and the city , also we are all very social and respectful, so you will have your space if you are not interested on socializing but if you feel like a good chat we are very open as well :). Im an artist that has a Studio on the basement of the house , We are 3 on the house all very sociable :). 4/20 Friendly House 🌱✌🏻🏡
