Very quiet 1 room studio-flat on the ground floor of a charming stone and brick house with a private garden, in the city centre of Albi (twelve minutes walk from the cathedral and the old city centre, 5 mn from the railway station and 4 mn from the university ), it includes a bedroom with a queen size bed, 2 armchairs and a small table to relax after visiting , opening on the little garden, an open kitchen, a table to eat or work and a big bathroom (shower+ bath) as well as separate toilets. The space You will love walking to the old city centre through the beautiful parc Rochegude and the new pedestrian area of the theatre with its restaurants and cafés. We speak English and will be glad to give you some advice about the places to visit, the things to do and the restaurants to eat in. You will also enjoy our cool stone house which does not need air condition, particularly when it is so hot outside and its little private garden. Guest access You will have access to the whole flat with its own private terrasse, as we live above , we will only share the entrance hall where we leave our bikes Other things to note As it can be hot here in Albi, we don't usually make the beds in summer so that our guests can feel free to use thick, thin (or no) duvet (at all) if the sheets are enough in case of hot weather, even though the studio is located northward and is the coolest room of the whole house in summer.
