Renovated, good insulation, underfloor heating. A large south-facing living room overlooking the 2 bedrooms, bathroom and toilet. Maximum capacity 4 people + 1 baby or 2 if you bring another small bed. The outside with a car space and relaxation area with garden furniture, barbecue, surrounded and not overlooked. Difficult access to rooms for wheelchair users (doors too narrow: 70 cm) Selective sorting Guest access Guests can arrive by plane at Bordeaux airport or by train at Jonzac station, 8 km (10 min). By car, via the A10 between Bordeaux and Saintes, Mirambeau exit.
