Quiet. 8 min from Jonzac thermal baths and 5 min from Les Antilles aquatic center and the convention center, by car. 45 minutes from the beach, Royan, 1 hour from Bordeaux and 1.5 hours from La Rochelle The space This Charente house is easy to access, from the ground up. Renovated , good insulation, underfloor heating. A large south-facing living room that overlooks the 2 bedrooms, the bathroom and toilet. Maximum capacity 4 people+1 baby or 2 if you bring another small bed. Exterior with a car location and relaxation area with garden furniture, barbecue, unoverished. Difficult to access in bedrooms for wheelchair users (doors too narrow: 70cm) Selective sorting Guest access Guests can arrive by plane at Bordeaux airport or by train at Jonzac station, 8 km (10 min). By car, via the A10 between Bordeaux and Saintes, Mirambeau exit. Other things to note €15 extra for bed linen ( 1 fitted sheet + 2 pillow covers + flat sheet) and toilet ( 1 towel + 1 bath sheet per person) for 2 people , for the entire stay, or €10 for 1 person per bed. The accommodation must be returned clean as it is at check-in (there is everything you need for cleaning) otherwise a cleaning fee of €50 will be requested The price is for 2 people, €5/person and per night will be added. Dog or cat pets are allowed, with 1 additional charge of €12/pet for the stay (let me know ) . The village is quiet and should remain quiet, respect the neighbors. Bikes (without helmets) are available for guest use No smoking inside We do not accept reservation requests made in the morning for the evening.
