The house is located in a strategic point of the area and is a perfect base to reach the beautiful Salento coastline just a few kilometers away. The space The house is part of the historic urban fabric of the ancient Salento center of Caprarica di Lecce, just 13 km from the magnificent Baroque Lecce, the capital of the evocative territory of the Salento region, 15 km from the coast overlooking the Adriatic Sea and 18 km from the Ionian Sea. For this particular location in the center of Salento, the house is a strategic base to easily and quickly reach both coastal and inland destinations. The house is located a few steps from the central square of the village, overlooking the Baronial Palace and where you can see the outposts of the ancient messapic tombs. The house is composed on the ground floor of a large living room with a common entrance-living room, with TV and stereo and adjacent kitchen area, for guests' use; from the kitchen you access a pleasant private outdoor space great for breakfasts, lunches and dinners; in addition, on the ground floor there is one of the two bathrooms of the house, with a bathtub that can also be used as a shower. On the mezzanine floor, located above the living room, there is the first bedroom with a double bed and a characteristic "Leccese" star vault. Continuing on the first floor, the other two bedrooms open and the second bathroom equipped with a comfortable shower. Guest access With the exception of the bedrooms, the accommodation is fully usable by guests, obviously with due respect for both the other guests and the property itself. However, it is possible to arrange the optional passage to/to Brindisi airport and Lecce train station. You can arrange van trips with a driver or rent cars on the premises. You can also rent a boat in the nearby port of San Foca or sail along the coast with a sailing boat moored at the port of Santa Maria di Leuca.
