This comfortable and clean guest apartment is located in the daylight basement of our home in a quiet neighborhood. There is a private entry from the home's side yard and access to the apartment from the main living area has locks on both sides for your privacy and ours. The home is two miles from downtown Moscow and University of Idaho, and a 20-minute drive to Washington State University. We are available as needed and are happy to answer questions or provide community information. This 600 square foot guest apartment includes a comfortable queen bed in the main space with a vanity dresser and mirror, an expandable table/desk, a stocked kitchenette with sink, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, and Keurig coffee maker (no stove). We provide a continental breakfast and coffee and tea service. There is a full private bath and a separate TV room with a couch, loveseat and TV. The couch may be used for a third guest, and there is also space for a queen blow-up mattress in the TV room. Mattress and extra linens are provided. Lots of movies and games to choose from, and access to Netflix and WiFi. All the comforts of home! Parking is available across the street from the home. Entry to the guest apartment is from the home's side yard, where there is a sliding glass door, and a key in a coded key box. There is a walkway planned from the street to the door, but guests will currently need to walk across a lawn to the apartment entry. This is a private basement apartment with a separate entrance, queen bedroom with attached kitchenette, a full bath, and a separate TV room with a couch and space for a provided queen air mattress. The TV room has a door to close it off from the other guest space. Tim and Jen both work during the week, and we are often out biking, traveling or exploring on weekends. But we are always available by text and phone. Our home is in a rural setting on a quiet street with a cul de sac at the end. While it feels like we are out of town, our home is close to downtown, city parks, grocery stores, restaurants and university campuses. This guest apartment is a short drive or bike ride (or a 30-minute walk) to downtown Moscow and University of Idaho. Washington State University is 7 miles from Moscow. There is easy access to mountain bike trails, the Latah County trail from Moscow to Troy, the Bill Chipman trail from Moscow to Pullman, and Moscow Farmers Market during the summer months.
