**Cleaning fees and bed linen (sheets and towels) are INCLUDED.** We welcome you to our 85 m² house in Baie de Somme. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac 300 meters from the beach and 600 meters from the city center and the port of Le Crotoy. It is ideal for a family stay (up to 5 people maximum). The space The ground floor is composed of a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bright and air-conditioned living room with sofa bed (extra bed) overlooking the outdoor courtyard. The courtyard includes a garden table for 6 people, a barbecue and an umbrella. You will also find on the ground floor a separate toilet and a laundry room with washing machine. Upstairs, two large air-conditioned bedrooms equipped with televisions, the first with a double bed and the second with two single beds. A bathroom with walk-in shower and towel rail as well as a separate toilet. We provide a travel crib, baby bath, high chair and children's dishes. You can park two cars in front of the house (private spaces).
