Welcome travelers to our restful mountain house, to lay down your head and your belongings, and then head off into the wild for whatever adventure you may desire. Come and climb a mountain or jump in a lake, and then return to rest in this clean and comfortable cabin-like home. We have one exterior Ring camera doorbell, by the front door, which detects motion, records audio and video. This notifies hosts of packages and guests arrival. Guests may ring host for help checking in. The space Our mountain home is located in the Pine Mountain Lake community, in the historic town of Groveland. This single level home is on a hill surrounded by beautiful oak & pine trees with a wrap around deck. Inside the home is an open floor plan kitchen, dining and living room. The kitchen is supplied with the basics of utensils, cutlery, plates, bowls, cups, mugs, wine glasses, pots, pans, cooking sheet, knife block, cutting boards, etc. fridge, range, dishwasher, oven and microwave available. 3 bedrooms are available with different guest capacity in each. Pets welcome only with permission of owner, and please respect leash laws outside. Come and enjoy our warm and cozy cabin-like home. Stay in and rest, or go out and explore the many sites our area has to offer. (Search #PMLairbnb on Instagram to see more pictures) Guest access Guests are welcome to use the entire home. 2 parking spots outside. The garage is available for parking upon request. Washer and dryer are available in the garage. Other things to note Pine Mountain Lake Association amenities include an 18 hole champion golf course, lake, marina store, lakeside cafe, boat rentals, swim center, tennis courts and pickle ball, playground, fisherman's cove, equestrian center, airport, hiking & walking trails, shooting & archery range and horseshoe pits. Please see Pine Mountain Lake associations website to find details and additional fees about the amenities. There is a pine mountain lake association fee per vehicle if guests want access to the private amenities behind the gates. A pass is good for 1 week access, per vehicle. If you do not plan to park at the lake or go into any gated areas, you don’t need to pay that fee. Also additional dander cleaning fee for guests who bring pets($50).
