Cozy home north of Durango, and just minutes to Purgatory Resort. Hiking, biking, skiing, fishing, and scenic drives surround this house. Choose to be adventurous or get some mountain relaxation! The space Escape the heat of downtown Durango, play some horseshoes, or badminton, and enjoy yourself. Although this spot can accommodate up to 8 people, it is more appropriate for 6. If two of the guests are children, then it will be fine for 8. Please note, this property runs on well water and we ask that our guests be mindful of that. Other things to note Please note. During the winter months (November - April), four wheel drive vehicle is needed to access the property. If driving a two wheel drive vehicle, studded snow tires would be needed.
