Our beautiful, private, 2-bedroom floor-thru apartment in the heart of Park Slope invites travelers from across the country and around the world to use our space as your home base to explore NYC, visit your families, or to host your overflow guests when they come to town. The apartment also features original art work by local artists and helps support our not-for-profit community dance and arts center downstairs. We are located close to almost everything- subway, restaurants, arts & culture! The space The open layout of this brownstone floor-thru make it feel more spacious than the average brownstone; the floor to ceiling windows on one end of the apartment plus the two sets of glass double-doors at the other end opening out onto private deck expand the space even more! Hardwood floors, tons of light, located in the center of the Brooklyn universe, will make you never want to leave. Come join the party! Guest access Guests have total privacy and use of entire parlor floor-thru apartment. (Owner lives upstairs; we only share entrance foyer.) Other things to note Please note: we do not have a TV in this apartment (but we do have wifi). We are also not child-proofed so we really cannot host children, pets orgatherinxs with outside guests. Guests are welcome to rent the downstairs studio for bigger family gatherings, celebrations, playtime or parties for an additional fee.
