This room is in the top floor of my three storied house with big terrace infront of your room with a small garden with sufficient ventilation and fresh air. There is no lift in this building. Please make sure that this is not HOTEL and is purely a home. Many time you need to carry your own luggage to your room when there is no one or my Mom ( 70 years) and my wife is at home. I am also renting just a room not the entire house seen in the pictures. I have also temporarily shut down another room. The space My room has enough space for two people to accommodate and enjoy their stay. There is sufficient furniture's and other daily needs inside the room. Neat and clean bed sheets and blankets are always in your calendar. The room size is enough for free movement as well.30 Mbps Internet Speed is also available in the room. The room has two beds with spring mattress and a warm cotton quilt during winter and light shawl during summer. The room has fan for summer and is well ventilated with big windows from two sides. Guest access You are free to enjoy whole place on your own, from kitchen to common rooms and other rooms as well. Please don't make unnecessary noise at the roof area at night. Private room is on the top floor with western style restroom and hot shower.Since we are using Solar energy for hot water, during winter we have to wait until the sun comes to get water heated. We also offer a modern kitchen with all utensils including toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, drinking water for a LONG STAYERS only. Y During your stay Yes of course, I and My wife Shila will be available almost the time you need me during your stay with all your needs to resolve. But keep in mind that we are working people and have to go to offie at working hours. I can attain you to show the locations and travel route as per your needs along with any bookings for trekkings, Please ask for the price.
