Guest access The studio is a part of a complex of 20 apartments that have just been renovated. There is a communal entrance with a small sitting area and two floors of 10 apartments/studios each. Each apartment/studio can be accessed by a key card. Other things to note This studio is one out of 20 available apartments located at the same complex. All of the apartments/studios have the same furniture, equipment and amenities. The photos that you see on the listing are representing all of the apartments/studios, each of them though may have a slightly different layout than the photos. Electricity is included in the nightly rates for a usage of 15 kwh per day. In case the guest exceeds the allowed usage then a charge of €0.25 per kwh will apply. An electricity meter is installed inside the apartment for the guest to be able to monitor their electricity usage.
