This home is centrally located and is a 10 minute drive to Sea World, Downtown, the airport, the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Little Italy, and world class beaches. This home boasts modern features while retaining original charm. Beautiful neighborhood. There are two outside security cameras, one on the walkway and one on the back porch. The space This is a tastefully appointed vintage Craftsman style home (duplex) with eclectic original works of art, comfortable queen size bed, complete with designer comforter and sheets. If you enjoy turn of the century architecture, but modern amenities, this home may be perfect for you. It has the original kitchen counter, sink and tile, along with built-in cabinets, but upgraded electrical and plumbing. Kitchenette includes small refrigerator, cooktop, microwave oven, toaster oven, K-cup coffee maker, all the basic cooking items (pots, pans, utensils, etc.) and service for up to four. Bathroom is spacious and complete with towels, soap, shampoo, lotion and hairdryer. Outdoor space (private deck) is very private and has a bistro table set for two. Perfect for breakfast in the morning or perhaps a glass of wine at night. Also available in unit are an ironing board, iron, free WIFI and Satellite TV. Sorry, no access to laundry. Guest access Private entrance via side gate, small (private) deck area with table and chairs. Free WIFI and Direct TV. There is unlimited free parking on the street which does not require a permit. Other things to note Home is non-smoking/non-vaping of any and all products; smoking permitted only on outside deck and then only with windows/doors closed. Thank you! No laundry service available on-site. Please DO NOT contact or disturb occupants in adjoining duplex unit. Privacy for guests as well as long-term occupants is to be respected.
