We love our place, a quiet location close to (7 - 10 mins by car) whitfords & lakeside shopping centres , Hillary's and AQWA or maybe you want to jump on the ferry to take a day trip to Rotto, just 10 minutes drive gets you there. 3 Bedrooms : 1 x Luxe double with ensuite, 2 standard doubles with extra bathroom, full kitchen, outdoor bbq area, lounge and laundry. We take the stress out of arrival by providing snacks & breakfast supplies (cereal, pancake mix, eggs, milk) for your arrival. The space Double beds in all rooms, with additional mattress padding for comfort, high thread count sheets , fully operational kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, slow cooker, electric fry pan, rice cooker, coffee maker, fridge, BBQ area outside. TV area has Wifi , Netflix, stan and free to air TV, and a Wii console and games. BBQ area outside in small courtyard with gas bottle. All toiletries are supplied with breakfast supplies (cereal, pancake mix, milk, juice, water) and some arrival snacks, tea , coffee to ensure a smooth arrival. Kitchen has a coffee machine for those who like to make their own coffee. All mattresses and carpets are professionally cleaned every 3 months For infants we can supply 2 x portacots and highchairs. STRICTLY NO smoking or pets Guest access Access all house : when booking you have the entire house to yourself. EXCLUDES garage which is locked, and is not accessible for guests. Other things to note Strictly no smoking in the house . A penalty if $200 will be charged for any evidence if this : STRICTLY NO PETS - inside or outside the premises. SMOKERS : If you are a smoker you can smoke out the front of the house outside the gates, or in the back courtyard area only, this is for the comfort of other guests who stay in our house who do not smoke including owners.
