Guest access Guest may access the Utility Room's washers and dryers between 1pm and 8 pm,n/c. Guest also have access to the 2nd floor deck and 3rd floor observation tower. Also, West Quoddy Station's 5 acre grounds. During your stay Bill, when here, is generally accessible to guests between 8 am - 4 pm. Bill, when here, stays in Quoddy Hall, out by the road.
