Home in Columbia

This beautiful home is located on 1.5 acres of land in a residential area. It is close to Columbia Lake, 30 minutes from Mohegan Sun, close to so much hiking and UCONN. This beautiful escape has so many things to keep you busy including the pool, pool table, foosball table, indoor and outdoor fireplace, and basketball court! The space Read full description before renting! 😊 Our house is big enough to accommodate many people but cozy enough to feel at home. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, seeing as I am a chef. The living room is comfortable and warm with a gorgeous 30 feet ceilings and stone fireplace. The recreational room has a pool table, fuss-ball table, bar area, and instruments. Downstairs has a half bathroom. There are three bedrooms. One king with attached bath(the bath tub is not working currently but the shower is). The second room is a queen bed. The third bedrooms has a queen bed as well. In the basement we have a bunk room with 4 twin beds. There is another full bathroom upstairs. We also have 2 air mattresses which you can use, just let us know if you would like them ahead of time. Also the couches are very comfortable to sleep on as well! The outside space is paradise. We have a beautiful patio and deck-two tables for sitting at, a gazebo, an in ground pool and more patio couches down by the pool. There is a basketball court for your fun and also a fire pit. The house is surrounded by nature with tons of birds, if you are lucky like us you will see Bluebirds! For your knowledge this is our full time home. You will see our personal things, our own artwork, our son’s toys and even our clothes. It is clean, neat and tidy and enough room for you to visit! Be respectful of our things they are meaningful to us. This house brings us so much joy and we hope it will for you too. Other things to note We have several condiments in the fridge and pantry for you to use if needed. Also for your convenience we provide a starter set of paper towel roll and toilet paper for you, bring more if you need! But there are plenty of towels and dish towels as well which is better for our environment.
