This adorable studio apartment is perfect for couples or solo travellers. In the middle of the old part of the town Kut, you will find everything you are looking for. Only one street away from the promenade but not to noisy, close to all restaurants, cafes and shops. The studio has got fully eqipped kitchen, the small bathroom, the sleeping area and the sitting area. It has got the private intrance in the 500 years old house and it is newly renovated into a mix of modern and traditional way. The space The public beach Grandovac is 15 minutes walking distance from the apartment. The public parking is 100 m away. The town center is 600 m away. The port is about 1 km away from the apartment. Guest access You can use the whole area for yourself. There is a private entrance, no outside space but the promenade with cafes and bars is only few minutes away. There is an AC in the studio and the outside place for drying the laundry.
