Squirrels Wood Lodge, nr Glencoe, dog friendly

A warm and cosy unique self contained lodge surrounded by Glen Duror. With heating and hot water it's the perfect winter retreat. With the sound of the river and birdsong, peace and tranquility is guaranteed in a stunning setting. 10 minutes from Glencoe and near 2 Ski Resorts. Munros on the doorstep, forest walks, beautiful beach 5 minutes by car, red squirrels in garden, route 78 cycle path nearby. A welcome breakfast basket is included, dog friendly (NO EXTRA CHARGE) Free WIFI. The space The lodge is self contained and has everything you need. Fully insulated and double glazed with heater. Double bed (standard 4ft 6) small wardrobe/storage cupboard, shower (wet room), toilet and sink. Kitchenette with microwave, 2 induction hobs, sink, toaster, kettle, fridge and everything you need to be able to cook for yourselves should you wish to do so. Sofa, fold down table and stools. All bed linen and towels are provided. The lodge is situated next to our family home on the edge of the forest with miles and miles of stunning walks from your door. Amazing dark skies for stargazing. A welcome breakfast basket is included (please let me know at the time of booking if you have any allergies or intolerances) We make NO extra charge for dogs which we believe makes Squirrels Wood fantastic value for money, if you find anywhere else that offers the location, peace, free food and dogs staying for free, please tell us!! We now have WIFI in the Lodge and tv which includes Freeview. (we cannot always guarantee wifi due to our location and proximity to the forest) 1 cute well behaved dog is very welcome at NO additional charge. We would kindly ask that dogs don't go on the bed. We have a secure garden and miles and miles of walks from the Lodge into the forest. The lodge only sleeps 2 (2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child over 12 years old)(plus 1 dog), however we also have another listing, Squirrels Wood guest suite which is within our house and also sleeps 2 and is also dog friendly, (2 dogs).
