*PLENTY OF FREE STREET PARKING* This is a very small studio apt in the up and coming town of Bellevue, just a 10 min drive to downtown and the stadiums. It is on the 2nd floor of my 100+ year old four-square home. It has a private entrance with a keypad. The entance stairwell and laundry is a common space, as there's 2 other units. Its in walking distance to public transit, shops, restaurants, places of worship, banks, and a grocery store. Unfortunately this space it too small for pets, NO PETS The space This is a completely private studio. It is very small, the pictures show it all. It is only acceptable for 2 people. The suite has a bedroom with full size bed, bathroom, and small entry area. The entry area is equipped with a mini-frigde, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker and small countertop. Since there is no kitchen sink, you are provided with disposable/recyclable plates, cups, plasticware etc. I live on the 1st floor but my only interaction with you would be if you need something or in passing outside. I will not disturb you during your stay and will respect your privacy. Free wi-fi, cable, laundry, heat, A/C, and tons of complimentary items. NO PETS due to the space being too small. There is plenty of free STREET parking right out front and on the side street with no time limit or restrictions. Guest access There is a front yard and porch that you may use. I apologize but anything fenced off in back of the house is private/off limits. The front porch has a porch swing and some seating to enjoy the beautiful front yard and lively community. No parking is allowed in the driveway out back but there is plenty of free street parking with no limits or restrictions. There is also a grill by the front porch. There are grill utensils inside the suite closet but you may need to contact me for propane if the tank is low. Other things to note There are 2 other Airbnb apartments in the building and you will be sharing the FREE washer/dryer, front porch, and front yard with them. The washer and dryer are located in the common hallway to the apartments.
