IMPORTANT note: Edinburgh will introduce a 5% Visitor Levy on paid overnight accommodation (on the accommodation portion only, excluding extras) for stays from 24 July 2026, capped at the first five consecutive nights. For stays booked (in whole or in part) on or after 1 October 2025 and arriving from 24 July 2026 onward, this levy will apply.
