Spacious (1800 sq'), clean home in quiet lakeside neighborhood, 5 miles to downtown and 6 miles to UF & Shands. Well behaved pets and children welcome. The home is at the end of a low traffic street and the back yard is fenced. The house has Wi-Fi, large kitchen, comfy living room, very comfy beds and the Cox Cable sports package with a TV in each room. Also, the home is equipped with a 30A RV hook-up and a Security Alarm system. FYI - The house uses solar energy for most of its electricity. The space The kitchen is new and fully equipped for cooking and the fridge has an ice machine to keep your drinks cold. The house has beds to sleep 7. Bedroom 3 has a bunk with a double on the bottom and a single on the top. There is also a double futon in Bedroom 3 that can sleep an additional 2 if needed. Guest access The whole House and Yard is for you. Other things to note Upon check-out we ask that you place all trash and recycling in receptacles on the side of the house and put all soiled towels in the washer.
