I understand that you have most likely already been verified on Airbnb, but this is a requirement of the YES Aparthotel because check-in is through reception, as in a regular hotel. We also ask our guests to pay a deposit, the cost of one day, as we are very worried about our apartments, because they are "fresh" and we would not like anything to break.
